WHO IS THIS FOR?

21 Day Run Challenge is for everyone from beginners looking to train for their first race to professional endurance athletes who want to push their limits.


HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THIS?

Set aside 60 minutes each day for the 21 Day Run Challenge


DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION?

The Chikara Fitness training app requires a reliable internet connection to view the workout and stream the daily training videos. A fast and stable wi-fi or 4G connection is recommended.


DO I NEED EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT?

Not at all! The running portion of the training can be performed outdoors or with an indoor treadmill. The strength training is bodyweight and does not require barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells.


IS THIS TRAINING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

The 21 Day Run Challenge can be performed outdoors or indoors with a treadmill if weather doesn't allow outdoor training.
